By law, all auction sales, unless otherwise stated, are with reserve. The reserve is the minimum acceptable sales price as determined by the client and Auctioneer. Should any item fail to reach its reserve price, it will not be sold and will be returned to the client, however, "Absolute" auctions do create a much more competitive atmosphere which in return generates higher levels of profit for you!
